Personality
I have always been curious about many areas and I like to learn on an ongoing basis. I like to think that curiosity is the first step in the learning process, then of course, one has to put some effort into it. To this day I have always studied as I believe it is a way of keeping the brain fit and when the brain is fit, we give ourselves more chances in keeping ourselves physically fit.

Biography (tutoring history)
I started to teach a long time ago while in college with teaching swimming then skiing. After I graduated from my first degree, I taught Nursing for three years at U of O. While doing my Music degree, I started to teach/tutor some of my singing teacher ‘s students who needed to learn a bout music theory and sight singing. Upon my return in 1993 for working in Wisconsin, I started to teach piano and singing at home and I have never stopped teaching since that time. In 2010, I went back to University to get an education degree and a few months after graduation in 2011, I started to teach in a small music school. Having worked as a replacement nurse up north allowed me to combine both careers. However I just recently decided to retire from Nursing and to continue only in the education and teaching French will be a new adventure which will allow me to bring my interest for languages to students
